    The staff were friendly and cute. My room wasvery comfy and tidy. The evening entertainment was great. Performers like Crystal Bawls and Eryl.

    The hotel is a bit dated and could use some TLC.

    We didn't have time, so that's why we would go back in flash. The room was reasonably large and newly renovated and offered with 2 single beds, tea/ coffee, dressing table. The position of the hotel was particularly good, away from seafront.

    The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was clean n had a comfy bed. Plenty of towels. The entertainment was amazin, crystal bawls and eryl were just great, seemed like a show from the west end! I had such a great time, i'm defo coming back for xmas!

    The hotel is a bit dated and could use some tlc. The bathroom was kinda old-fashioned and cramped.

    It was just a smart choice for a short staycation in Llandudno with great value for the money. The staff were helpful with my mum's gluten-free needs, making our stay much more enjoyable. Bring your own toiletries as they were a bit basic.
